About Us

hyrdrography mapWe formed the Blue River Watershed Group to help engage the community in water related issues affecting them and their watershed. What began as a small group of concerned citizens has grown into a successful and viable non-profit organization that continues to inform and engage the community, but also works to protect and restore our waters. For the full story of the Blue River Watershed Group, please see our History page. You may also want to review our mission, values, and goals to learn what guides us in moving forward.

We welcome feedback. We began as a community organization and we want to remain a community organization. If there is anything you would like to see the Blue River Watershed Group involved in, if you can’t find information you were looking for on the website, or if you have any questions, please contact us.
